Hey everyone!
I am trying to watch the olympics through an official stream on NBC website. The issue is that even though i have a 20 mbps connection, the stream lags (especially if I put it to 1080p or even 720p).
What i was wondering is if some type of software existed that delayed an incoming stream on purpose for lets say 5-10 seconds so that there would be no buffering or pauses in watching live video. Anyone know anything like that ?

The problem is most likely down to how much bandwidth NBC has available.
There's has to be thousands of people streaming from them.
I take it it's a live stream and you can't pause it to buffer it?
