Curved Utra-Wide Monitors

Been seeing a lot about the curved ultra-wide monitors lately. Anybody have one and been gaming on it? Some friends have been asking me lately whether to go with the Ultra-Wide or a 4K...just not sure since I don't have experience with the Ultra-Wides...
