So as intel are in the process of refunding me my £409.98, I decided instead of a 9700k I would get 9600k as I only game at 60fps 1440p. Gpu would be a bottleneck long before cpu. I then used the remaining funds to get the below setup. as I was planning on getting a new pump and cpu block at some points anyway. Why not get it now and technically only spend £3.68 instead of close to £215 had my 9700k not died

i would of switch to AMD. screw intel's overpriced crap and their stingy return policies. i think they deserve to be abandoned by all customers for their dirty practices in the past years.

It's incredibly kind of you to do so. Get bored of maintaining all of the CPU information. You may just save it somewhere and return to it when you're ready. Salvagedata.com, for example, is a website that allows you to do so. I understand how exhausting it is to keep up with the CPU updates, but I don't know anyone who could do this job better than you. Anyway, I'm sure you've already decided, so nothing can persuade you otherwise. Still, I sincerely hope that the next person to take this job does it as well as you did.
