Cooler Master Storm Series Scout Gaming Chassis

Cooler Master unveiled the Storm Sniper case at CES 2009 in January to the cheers of the enthusiast and gamer community. Today, Cooler Master has announced the second chassis in the Storm series; the Scout! Read on to see what this case is all about!

The Cooler Master Storm Scout features a solid steel body with a sexy all-black interior. The chassis comes equipped with a 140mm front intake fan, as well as 140mm top and 120mm rear exhaust fans, providing airflow needed to keep your components nice and cool. The most attention-grabbing feature of the Scout are clearly the reinforced carrying handles that were put in place to make mobilization and relocation of your system an easy task.

Not crazy about the styling.

Love the red LED fans though and FINALLY they get it that the LED's need a on/off switch.

Looks like they are copying the Antec gaming cases :) They look fairly similar...

Question is, will it let you mount the PSU upside down like the Antec 900?

Because you add the OCZ Fatal1ty with red LEDs and this will be one bad looking machine...

There are not enough red LED machines these days.. and the on-off switch for the LEDS will make my GF happy..

Ya could, but I dunno if I'd want to put that much weight on the plexi without some kinda reinforcement. Plus you'd have to contend with making the hoses extra long to allow you to remove the panel.

So I just bought one of these a little while back, I love the look of it, but I was wondering if anyone was using it currently as their case, and if so if I could see more pictures of the cable management with parts in it. (I know this was almost a year ago when written) I got almost everything in the computer right now and am trying to route wires and such as cleanly as I can. My previous cases have been not good about wire management.
