Prior to this review I used the extended battery due to the fact some days I know I will not be able to hook my phone to a charger during the day.
Seems like we're taking steps back. Sure that old flip phone didn't have internet, SWYPE, video camera, bottle opener, etc... But you could charge the phone and go for two weeks. If I don't have a charger handy my phone will not survive the day. This is an average day where I don't get very many phone calls and some light 3G web browsing.

On a side note: Happy 4th of July. Just about every county in SE Texas has banned fireworks this year. Hopefully that doesn't mean more rednecks shooting guns in the air. Everyone stay safe and remember not to light that M60 close to your face.

I use my phone for work and play. Several hundred emails and texts, as well as several calls in a day. If I shut the LTE off and use 3G majority of the time then I can go the hole workday with the extended battery, slap it on the car charger for the hour or so drive home, and I'm good for the rest of the night.

With the standard battery I have to watch how I use my phone during the work day, and have to charge off my pc or the car atleast once during the day then on my way home for sure.

Have an old flip phone I use for an alarm clock. Charge it once a week, if that often. Phones now are pretty much portable pc's, amazed the go as long as they do on the batteries they have.
