That is actually a pretty slick case, form and function in one package. Did you see if the case/cover is sturdy enough to use as a kickstand? I'm still waiting to get a new phone and at this point I'm torn between the LG Optimus G and Samsung Note II (only quad core phones at Sprint). If this could be used as a kickstand then that might help me come closer to a decision.

Negative, the 'hinge' is not strong enough to act as a stand. The flip cover itself is ~1.4mm thick, so it is very thin and not designed to support any weight.
