Satechi 10-Port USB 3.0 Hub UH3-10P Review

The Satechi 10-Port USB 3.0 Hub measures in at 8.69" x 1.75" x 1.06" and is very light at just 4.125 ounces. The hub has three sets of three SuperSpeed USB 3.0 ports, and each set of ports can be independently controlled by a power switch on the left side hub. When the ports are switched on, they're lit up blue. You might notice that there are just nine USB 3.0 ports, but that is because there is a "charge only" USB 3.0 port at the end of the unit...

If other folks are like me, they are realizing they have a need for a product like this. In our family of 6, we each have a cell phone as well as 3 e-readers. I recently noticed power strips combining usb with the traditional outlets and considered a purchase. This product is even better since it will allow us to not only charge multiple devices but network them as well. It is now on my "to get" list.

I thought it was silly when I read the press release back in March... After using it... I found that it is handy and something that I'll be using often!
