SanDisk Extreme 900 960GB Portable SSD Review
Re: SanDisk Extreme 900 960GB Portable SSD Review
I admit, I got a woody looking at the speeds.....until I saw the price
Ok, it's not bad for a 2tb ssd, the MX300 is only about $250 cheaper and it is slower plus you need and external case but damn, they really need to bring ssd drives down to more affordable levels. i thought by now we would have SSD's that would rival the prices of mechanical hard drives and ultimately doom the mechanical drives to a landfill next to the E.T. game cartridges. Oh well, I can still dream.

Pricing will drop more once the next generation drives come out. I am a little shocked these cost as much as they do since they are using TLC NAND.
