ebay cashback how?

Does anyone know of anything that works on ebay? I have a bing.com account. No matter what I search for, nothing comes up. They all have caps and limits of 12 purchases. Anyone know of anything that will actually work?

Yea I tried the bing.com thing. I guess it already phased out. Everything on there is 40% higher than it is normally. I remember a few friends of mine selling cash on ebay haha. I was just looking at ways to save some cash on watches and cameras.
