I grew up with one side of the family from Kentucky, so there's a little bit of the old stuff that I have a soft spot for!
Simply because I grew up with it.
Everything you listed under METAL falls in my Hard Rock list! Gotta love the 80s for Hair Bands!
My METAl list goes Slayer, Pantera, Anthrax, Slipknot, Sepultura, Accept, Helloween......and on and on.....
A friend turned me on to Metallica in the early 80s, ONE and Master of Puppets still sound great today 35yrs later!KnightRid wrote:HELLOWEEN!!!! I Want Out, Dr Stein, Future World....just put them on a flash drive to play in the carcamaroguy1998 wrote:I totally agree!KnightRid wrote:

Yea, metal and hard rock to me have always been interchangeable with the biggest band you can actually hear the change is Metallica from the old to the black album is a huge difference in my book.
