Come on this is Remedy we are talking about. Anyone remember how long it took them to get Max Payne out the door?

yeah well a simple "remedy" to Remedy's bull is not to buy their games. Thats right.. guys dont buy games from remedy when it comes out. As for me, as soon as it comes out ill go get it because i hate waiting even 1 minute for newest games.

lol :)

Alan Wake !!!
Man thats the game I been waiting the most for.
A lot more then bioshock and crysis.
I just like the feel of the game, well anyways from what we've seen.
Its got this silent hillish creep to it.

The first time I saw the trailer I wanted to get this game.
But they keep pushing it back. I wonder what kind of a machine you will need to enjoy it.

(4-8 cores anyone  ) hehe

The good news is that after very long speculation about the game's development, on May 12, 2009 Remedy announced Alan Wake is delayed and not a vaporware. Remedy announced its partnership with Imagination Studios to enhance the title’s animation properties. Imagination Studios (formerly known as Northern Light Studios) has supplied the Finnish developer with "motion-capture and animations" to assist in the game’s elongated production.

Microsoft cancels Alan Wake on PC

Here’s the official statement from a Microsoft spokesperson:

Some games are more suited for the intimacy of the PC, and others are best played from the couch in front of a larger TV screen. We ultimately realised that the most compelling way to experience “Alan Wake” was on the Xbox 360 platform, so we focused on making it an Xbox 360 exclusive. Both Microsoft and Remedy have long histories in PC game development. This decision was about matching this specific game to the right platform.
