It's a sad thought, but I highly doubt it's going to crash.

Well soon enough the next generation of game designers will be working so lets hope that they have some new ideas.

There is nowhere to go next. The new big thing was Kenect and Move....which Nintendo did years ago. Games have hit a plateau. I'm not saying it's gonna die forever but it is gonna crash.

Why would it crash? You dont need new ideas for games, you can keep making the same old type of games with new storylines and art and keep bringing in the money.

As evidenced by the billions of dollars in sales of many many sequels.

If it's going to crash, it's going to be because of stupid fads like motion sensing.
