SteelSeries Engine not Working

Hello,
I've bought the SteelSeries Sensei Fnatic mouse a few days ago, I downloaded and installed the SteelSeries Engine. Updated the firmware, but a few minutes after I run the SteelSeries Engine (some times 2 minutes, and other a little longer, like 15 minutes), the software crashes . I can use the side button with no problems while the software is running, but why does it crash? I live in Brazil, and here we pay about 3 times the price of dollar, so it's pretty expensive, and I can't use the mouse correctly because of this damn software. Have anyone been trough this? SteelSeries support takes 2-3 days to responde, and I don't know what to do anymore...
I use Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bits. This is the link of error's printscreen:
