What do you say and do a update, then let's start a folding war that keep us in the 73 spot. Edit: Maybe we should do away with the team ranks and just list the overall personal rank. That way you wouldn't need to change the names so much and people would look at the bigger picture of what everyone else is doing as far as F@H is concerned. Just a thought.

Welcome Mebens to the fold, and our top 6 folders(by current points) all went up at least a million pts since last update!

again, an early milestone update for 'markwrc' the new folder and viper.ja

we also currently have 6 folders under 70ppd

Glad to report that as of today I have been folding with Legit Reviews for 3 years. I have been very happy that Legit Reviews has helped me out over the years! Today I will have the intel 6 core chip that has been on backorder, so I took the day off to make sure I get the cpu and complete my third build. I hope to try some bigadv. points before summer when it's to hot. Fold on everyone. :) Will put a GTX280 in the rig as well just to get some more WU completed.

pretty much any system can do F@H of one type or another, if you have a decent video card you can fold on that also.

Gigabyte 890XA-UD3
Evga GTX460

that was in addition to folding on the CPU, you can still fold without a video card. Team 38296 and your username or whatever you want to fold under and one of the F@H downloads listed below will get you started

Might be worth creating your own thread. If your PC is in anyway overclocked or the RAM is out of spec, folding@home could make it crash.
Overheating could be another issue.

updaaaate!

been a bit busy with articles and whatnot, so folding went on the backburner for me in general, but just realized our top 5 producers make up for over 70% of the teams PPD

lost a lot of folders over the past couple months, and many user averages are down(myself included, need to move some power supplies around, and i wish i didnt have to swap out my 260 for the 5770 everyday as the 260 lags like crazy in TF2(more a win7 issue as the 260 is great all around in xp) ) but hopefully i'll be running sixcore SMP soon ;)

I am in the process of moving for the last few months. half of my stuff is at my old place still- that includes all 3 of my folding computers. I forgot my PS3 folds so Il turn that on today and try to get my folding pulse going again.
