I'm too slammed to handle this and can't seem to get get anyone here to spear head this. I have 10 AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition processors sat aside for this, which I think is great. It should drive people to the team and reward some of our current folders with a $200 processor you can keep or sell off to get something you need for say your folding rig.

We have more than a dozen writers and forum mods than can help do this and post news of this on the front page and so on. Would be awesome to get a 468x60 banner made up for this as well to help promote it here on top of the forums and on the front page of LR...

If no one wants to help out for this I'll just do random drawings on the site for them and skip the folding war this year.

If you don't have any issues with it Dan, why don't you and me handle this, we pretty much handled it last time

If skier, camero and knightrid dont mind us 'taking over', and by taking over I mean just being in charge but letting them do most of what they were doing towards it anyway, then yeah, we can handle this.

:D

Dan

PS. I PM'd Nate asking if we can use the forum admin email system to promte this event yesterday, but he's not seen/had chance to reply to it yet.

Well I never heard back from Nate regarding using the forum email thing.

And I guess as teams haven't been sorted yet, then we can't start today.

To be honest I haven't got the motivation/time to sort the majority of this competition out, which I fear is a situation most of us are in.

Once the teams are sorted out, I'll still set up my uber stats tracking thing on google docs and give the team captains write permission so they can update their own teams.
