No, the fan speed was adjusted by me in msi afterburner but with the default cooler it wasn't on 30% - it was on 95%-100% and still would go up to 100C. with the accelero the max. temp in furmark was 59C and in folding the max. is 53C-54C @ 31% fan (basically the fan speed is adjusted to start raising the speed @ 55C but because the temp. never exceeds 54C, the fan speed remains @ the lowest speed)
