Need Copy of Win 7 Home Premium OEM

I've got a Gateway computer that has a legitimate COA key (OA Acer Group) but the Hard Drive died and it doesn't have a recovery DVD. It turns out M$ took down the Digital River links and won't allow me to download a copy since it is OEM they say to go to original manufacturer. Gateway/Acer is not offering a solution either so it's a catch-22. Does anyone have an unadulterated copy of Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 x64 OEM that I can get a copy of? I don't really want to go to a P2P or bittorrent site for this since they often have malware added or have pre-activation cracks (again, probably malware) which I don't want or need since it has a legit COA key on the side panel of the desktop that will activate without cracks. Can you help? Thanks!
