does all openGL4 support tessellation now? ie nvidia 200 cards with 197.44? or does it just mean that DX11 cards can utilize tessellation on openGL instead of DX11

According to wikipedia, only cards capable of DirectX 11 are capable of OpenGL 4.0. However, I think OpenGL 4.0 works on Windows XP, unlike DirectX 10 and 11.

I tried the demo, but I don't think I have OpenGL 4.0 installed. Is OpenGL 4,0 integrated into Catalyst or is it a separate download? I loved the 3D effects, though. I selected anaglyph and donned my dorky red/cyan glasses. It lagged badly with 4x anti-aliasing so I turned it off. Still some lag but enjoyable.
