is this good temperture for my pc for any of the best computers using the neswest processers?

27*C as a Core temp? My Phenom II X4 940 (3.0GHz) runs about 40*C on stock speeds with an aftermarket (Thermaltake) fan. I would be comfortable up to 65-70*C

I don't like to crest 60*C load and usually idle around 30*. So your temps are fine
