APU Temperature Monitoring & OC'ing tips

So I finally got my new APU system "running" and I have some questions.
1. What is a good "working" temperature monitoring program for the APUs?
I'm currently "using" CoreTemp and HWMonitor. CoreTemp shows ridiculously off temperatures, so it's not very helpful. I mean, -2*C?? 6*C to 13*C? Come on!
HWMonitor seems a little better. For the Core temperatures, they are off as well - like CoreTemp, but under the "Temperatures" tab I get the following
TMPIN0 Value:27*C Min: 27*C Max 36*C.
I assume this is the CPU temperatures
TMPIN1: Value:89*C Min*32*C Max:96*C.
I have no idea where this reading is coming from! It's not the southbridge, any of the power phases, PSU, nothing! Cananyone can tell me where this reading is from. I've looked through the interwebs and there has been odd reports of this 90-100*C Reading, but don't know where it's coming from.
TMPIN2: Value: 3*C Min: 0*C Mac:12*C
I assume this is the (incorrect) Core temperature reading ...
Temperature for the HD 6530D is off as well. 0*C...12*C?
2. Any tips on overclocking these chips?
It's a little different than the "normal" CPUs, but I think I'm getting my way around the BIOS.
System Specs:
AMD A6-3670K (@ 3.0GHz as of now...bumped the multi up. Voltages currently at default/auto)
8GB (2 X 4GB) Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz @ 1600 8-9-8-21-1T 1.5V
Gigabyte GA-A75-D3H Mobo
Corsair TX850 (from the Phenom II system as the Antec PSU for this has not yet arrived)
GPU: Using the APU 6530D
Case: HAF 912 (200mm fan on the bottom-front and top, 120mm rear, 140mm side)
OS: Windows 7 Ult. x64
Chipset/LAN/USB Drivers: Using the latest from Gigabyte's website
GPU drivers: 12.2 with CAP1
BIOS: F4 (F5a is available but it's a beta BIOS...seeminly for the upcoming lower TDP A6/A8's)
EDIT
I just did some 3D Mark11 Benching and the Score seems to be very low compared to others with the A6-3650! The lowest in 3D Mark's record is P922, and I'm way under that. The CPU is currently clocked at 3GHz with the GPU portion at 450MHz. The RAM is running at 800MHz, so 1GB of shared memory @ 800MHz.
