hmmm where do I begin
ok just spit it out
my brother gave me a comp to use and dont have a clue what it is other than a amd 1.7 athlon, bet its single core.
is there any way without opening it up and digging to find out what the mobo and the cpu is to find out what it is?
brother said do what you want with it ...wegs
he does have another one just like it and said if i burn it up ...well got another to work with
new at oc'ing but want to try it and see if i could get a bit more out of it to learn for a new build
in case i do have to pull it apart thats ok ill just be back on "old fathfull" a 500 celeron
Im not afraid of the hard parts but some of the rest im a noob, just have enough nolage to be dangerous to myself
any help would be benifull
ty in advance

it hasn't to be the single core since I am not aware of any dual core at 1.7.
