The Rubber typing bit

What im planning on doing is spray painting the Bottom metal Toxic green and then mount it so you actually are just typing with the Rubber bit with no keys, if all goes to plan it should be done by this weekend and my touch screen should be in by then aswell.

Sounds good, but you sure that you are going to be able to type comfortably on the rubber for any length of time?

Its defiantly different and striking.

I thought that it might have looked tacky but I think you pulled it off.

Now I thought that a keyboard with keys covered up was bad, but this is something else!

Lol, I was thinking that you don't have the lumps to know where the home row is. Why don't you put a ring of black (say permanent marker) on the tops of those two keys?
