No real need for one if you have good air flow in your case............... But seeing as you don't have it in a case, who knows.................... 8)
I've got 3 alumimum evercool 120s blowing across my MoBo, it makes for pretty good airflow in the case..................... :)

Yupppers, the inside of my case pretty much stays right at room temp......... And it's not overly loud unless I turn the fans up to full. I have 7 120's connected to a controller and they all run at 7 volts during normal and gaming ops. The only time I crank it up is when I'm benching...................... 8)

The X800XL Ice Q is a nice little card................ 8) The main reason I put water on it so fast was that the Arctic Cooling GPU cooler died shortly after I got the card and I didn't want to send it in to be fixed and I was going to water cool it sooner or later anyway. So it ended up being sooner....................

That's a neat little cooler if you have voltage hungry RAM, but damn! That thing must loud! With those little 60[or 40]mm fans.

I would prefer 2 80mm fans, but its still nice.
I wouldnt call it professional looking, but it looks like a very nice ghetto mod

Looks like there's room to do a little adjusting depending on the HSF you're using. For that matter, you could also make one that uses twin 60mm or 40mm fans if you had to due to space requirments.
