I got my overall design for this mod when i was designing the lenovo ice build, A smaller compact ice cube made for Gaming !!! but i also really wanted showcase the components. After a few drawings and ordering the materials i was ready to begin.

I started by drawing on a wooden sheet for the mold where i want the components to fit.
then i started creating the molds for the base
Poured the resin
after a day of curing in the sun
A rough shell base has begun.

Framing the base !!!
measured up the aluminum fram around the plexi bottom
PS fan cutout
MB board tray cut out
resizing the ice base
fan & rom bay cut outs I used a router for fan cut out and upper plexglass

My favorite part of the build ecting and illuminating The Sapphire Logo.

Cutout for the upper case fan to blow on the GPU
Super tight fit for water cooling and wires
cleaned up the wiring
Dropping the MB onto the base.

That looks really cool. I like it very much. Are you going to put a handle on top or somewhere so you can lift it? Just wondering how much do you think it weighs?

Some final pictures, sorry i didnt have too many pics, 30 day time from to get this to Sapphire before being shipped E3 in LA.
