Lapped 2600K

Post by DragonFury »

I got bored and decided to lap the 2600K CPU.

Image

Temps went from 73°C to 69°C @ 18°C ambient air temperature. Not much of a drop in temperatures, but this 2600K CPU was fairly flat from the beginning. Unlike previous Intel based CPUs I have used over the years.

My body runs a slightly higher temperature then others because of my high metabolism. I try and keep things around 18-20C for me in the house. However, during the winter here it is hard to keep it above 14C in the dungeon.
