I'm planning to use an old case to build a rig. The problem is I'm not sure if it still works. The case was outside for a while and I'm not sure if there is water or any other type of damage that would prevent it from working. What is the way to test pc case?

Just look at it. If there is any dirt, justr remove it, clean inside, outside.

as already said, give it a good clean. even if you have to use cleaning products. just leave it out to dry for 24-48hrs and you should be good to go
