Bekieve it or not it has been tried....too much condensation. I have actually seen people use mini-fridges as cases, they are constantly using stuff to absorb water from the air. What I think would be better is to find something to either cool wayer or to store a radiator in. I saw one thing, an inline water chiller, but the company has never responded to me (out of business?). Basically it was used for medical research, a coldplate type thing built into the radiator. Was good for 200W at 0C. People are using Dry ice (too much of a hassle), and tearing apart window A/C units to chill water. Someone needs to come up with a fairly cheap and easy method, and they could make bank, the Vaporchill (which I'd love to get my hands on) is too expensive and only cools the CPU.

You could put your pump, reservoir and radiator in the fridge and that would help but you don’t want to cool water down two much or you will get condensation on the hoses and water block in the computer.
