WTB: LGA775 board

Hey all, looking for a 775 board for my server, I have been using an optiplex 755, but I want flexibility to add more hard drives (Currently using 4 of 4 ports on this thing including the DVD rom)
Needs to support a Q9300 and can be either DDR2 or DDR3, no Intel branded boards and a preference to Gigabyte. looking for $50 shipped
