christmas present for brother

for christmas my brother needs a good 4Gb mp3 player, but he says video and picture storage are really not that important to him, but the aesthetics of the player are.

i need something with good reviews, stable, good compatibility, and under $100.

im just a little curious to see if anyone else knows of a better deal, i've been looking all over the net and the ones with lots of extras have poor reviews.

ps - mods, i didnt think this would fit that well in the "general computing" section, but if you feel the need to move this its fine by me :D

The little supertalent things they reviewed on the forums last year would be good too, if you can still find them. They went up to 4gb I think. maybe only 2. They were really small and neat though. for under 100 you can get some 20gb hdd based players on the creative refurbished part of the site. otherwise if you want flash memory smaller players, you'll spend about that amount. 100 dollars for a good 4gb flash memory mp3 player.

OMG thanks so much, i'm ordering that creative player right now. he wasn't really keen on having pictures or video capability, but i know he likes to pop on the radio occasionally, so its perfect!
