Ahh, we got a software prodigy here it would seem...I like your choices in firewalls and amount of spyware solutions. Just keep them all in check and you'll be set to run RAID :)

As to the Maxtor 300GB being SATA I don't know for sure ( havent had the $$ to get one) but if I remember right Capper has one so he would know for sure how it performs etc.......take it Capper, fill us in on this drive.

nope, but I can cut/paste real good :) . I'm not the graetest when it comes to putting thoughts into type. so, busted out the ol' sever maual and copy/paste.

I found it at NewEgg,it comes in both flavors $167 @ piece. :axe:

heheh, I hear ya bubba, I do that sometimes myself, especially on software, as some of it is out of my realm...I'm more of a hardware junkie :mrgreen:

1000GB is not a terabyte if the 1024MB = 1GB applies here too...
