New SSD and HDD :)

Post by DJ Tucker »

so I'm upgrading my old trusty 2 500GB HDD's. they both run at around 65-70MB read and 70-75MB write. I'm getting this 1tb HDD http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/181763628500? ... EBIDX%3AIT. that will increase my steam, origin and uplay games load times 2 fold. then I went and got this ssd for my operating system and a couple of indie games that aren't steam compatible http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/131538728135? ... EBIDX%3AIT. what you guys think?

Congratulations)
About a month and a half ago, when I was collecting a PC, I put ssd Kingston UV400 https://www.bestadvisers.co.uk/ssds. I was also thinking about Toshiba, but I did not like the feedback on its work. As for the HDD - I have Seagate 1TB,
But I have a feeling that to me soon the capacity of 1TB would be small  , I'm already looking at Seagate 2TB BarraCuda https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01IEKG402?th=1
In general, I am satisfied with the performance of my PC, Dishonored 2 does not slow down at maximum settings :supz: . The system works at super-speed) Loading from the moment of power-up takes 3-4 seconds, the only thing that I'm thinking of is to buy some more RAM, I have 8GB DDR4, but given the "heaviness" of the latest games, especially Battlefield, there is a need for 16GB. In any case, congratulations on the upgrade of PC)

SSD's price are higher than HDD.But HDD has bigger size.
SSD + HDD or External HDD may be better
