Also run windirstat as admin and see if it changes what is showing as the culprit.

I ran chkdsk, as Admin, it showed no errors.
Windirstat as Admin, No Change. C= 43GB, Windows = 29.9GB

Windows/Explorer= 445MB free of 223.5GB

Ok, you can quit pulling at the straws!
I used your instructions on determining where the Temp file is. It showed me a temp file under my user name. So, I made an A$$ out of U and Me by assuming it was the temp file I needed! Wrong!
As I was Grasping at straws, ](*,) I opened the Windows folder and there's the windows Temp folder. I right clicked it and damn if it didn't say it was 181GB. #-o 8-[
So I deleted 75% of what was in it! I left it in the Recycle Bin(rather be safe than sorry) and it opened my C drive to 163GB free of 223GB!
So far its running fine and I don't get any Free Space Warnings!

Thank You KnightRid for racking your brain and pulling at straws! =D>

LOL - I never even thought about another temp directory either. I just figured it was the user one too!!

Glad you got it man.

I would delete everything out of there as it is not needed. Windows is just too dumb of an OS to erase the temp folder after installing programs and updates.
