-This driver package installs NVIDIA PhysX System Software v9.10.0129. (NVIDIA PhysX acceleration is available on all GeForce 8‐series, 9‐series, 100‐series, and 200‐series GPUs with a minimum of 256MB dedicated graphics memory and a minimum of 32 processor cores.)
-This driver package installs the HD audio driver, version 1.0.9.1.

When I tried ..it only offered 197.13

They are only for the 400 series cards I believe.

nope, just updated the PhysX and HDMI Audio stacks

Anyone know when they are planning on releasing their 3d-surround drivers? If they stick to schedule it would be a massive disappoint to wait potential month(s) for this feature.

I know someone who got it Friday of last week.Nvidia has released 197.41, which is a WHQL-certified driver for GeForce GTX 480 and GeForce GTX 470 GPUs. This is the driver that will be shipping with the cards when they are available to order next week from what we have been told from our sources inside NVIDIA.
