rather late reply but been busy. the problem is with bsods and driver recovering on any driver above 314.22. some lucky few have got drivers above this to work but as said a few. i was just helping those that had driver issues with any driver past 314.22.

I haven't had a BSOD or a driver recovery message in a very long time (GTX 570 & Win 7 x64). I suspect it probably has more to do with overclocking/tweaking in your case. Start with the GPUs and set them at stock and see what happens.
