For PNY Card Info: http://www.pny.com/products/verto/

As for the main differences...

The 6800 Ultra:

Memory Interface 256-bit
Memory Bandwidth 35.2 GB/sec.
Fill Rate 6.4 billion texels/sec.
Vertices per Second 600 Million
Core clock: 400MHz
Memory Clock: 1.1 GHz
Pixels per Clock (peak) 16
Textures per Pixel* 16
Dual RAMDACs 400 MHz

The 6800 GT:

Memory Interface 256-bit
Memory Bandwidth 32 GB/sec.
Fill Rate 5.6 billion texels/sec.
Vertices per Second 525 Million
Core clock: 350MHz
Memory Clock: 1GHz
Pixels per Clock (peak) 16
Textures per Pixel* 16
Dual RAMDACs 400 MHz

The 6800:

Memory Interface 256-bit
Memory Bandwidth 22.4 GB/sec.
Fill Rate 3.9 billion texels/sec.
Vertices per Second 406 Million
Core clock: 325MHz
Memory Clock: 700 MHz
Pixels per Clock (peak) 12
Textures per Pixel* 16
Dual RAMDACs 400 MHz

The 6800 only has 12 pixles per clock and 700MHz memory... Both the DT and Ultra are 16 pixels per clock and use 1GHz+ DDR3 memory for more memory bandwidth and greater performance. The GT is the best bang for your buck card and is said to OC easily to "Ultra" levels.
