battery won't recharge
as you can see by my title...I am old....never too late to learn though...I need help with my CLEVO M57U factory built laptop...for the past few weeks the battery will not recharge itself...so I bought a new one.battery that is..same problem...I have vista ultimate OS...any suggestions as to why this is happening and especially any cures...

Is the problem the AC adaptor rather than the battery?
Does the power brick have the LED on, and will the laptop run from the power brick alone, i.e. without the battery in.
