OCZ Neutrino DIY Netbook Pictures - OCZDIY10N1-US

Post by Apoptosis »

I figured I'd jump into the Netbook craze and picked up the OCZ Neutrino to mess around with since I already had drives and memory kits here. This Do-It-Yourself netbook needs just a memory module and a hard drive popped in, so it's not too much work and is simple to do. This DIY kit retails for $292 plus shipping on PriceGrabber and even Newegg is $289.99 plus shipping for this laptop.

The specifications of the OCZ Neutrino DIY Netbook are also fairly decent:

Got Windows 7 RC1 Build 7100 installed on it and everything works great. The 2200mAh battery is the weak link and I've already drained it once today just testing it out... Lasts roughly 2 hours and I expected a little better than that as I am using an SSD inside it. Oh well... Expect a review on this one down the road as well.
