OS recomendation

I have a Gateway MT6707
http://support.gateway.com/s/Mobile/200 ... Rsp3.shtml What OS is best? Should I install win7. Would it run better than XP?

I'd go with windows 7 32bit.

well the drivers download page on the gateway site only show Vista drivers. However, Windows 7 seems to have a vast driver list. I have never needed to add basic drivers to a computer when installing it. I have also installed 7 on laptops much older than yours with no problems - and no drivers needed. My first thought would be it will work fine. Are you able to test windows 7 before buying the licence?

Ya, i have win7 on my dexktop, switching my desktop back to vista,.
