Hi everyone, I just installed my first Linux Distro Ubuntu 8.10
I am a computer Noob, my a few Dos command lines were long forgotten after the days of windows
(Yes, MS is Evil :P, )
Please be kind, English is my second language so forgive my English spelling and grammer :P
I am looking forward to enrich my computer knowledge here, then maybe one day I can help others too.

Welcome to the forums :)

You'll be glad to know that we encourage everyone to write properly here (no text-message short hand or abbreviations) so you should have an easier time understanding what everyone is saying :)

We've got a few people who run linux on the forum, so if you are having any problems with it, then be sure to ask away.
