Info requested about both 9600XT ASUS & ABIT

Post by ztranger »

Hi there,
I'm buying a video card and I'm confused about wich of these
I'll choose.

"ABIT R9600XT-VIO RADEON 9600XT 256MB DVI/TV-OUT/VIDEO-IN":
http://www2.abit.com.tw/page/uk/graphic ... ?pMODEL_NA
ME=R9600XT-VIO&fMTYPE=Radeon+9600XT

"ASUS ATI Radeon 9600XT 128 DDR VIVO":
http://uk.asus.com/products/vga/r9600xt/overview.htm
http://uk.asus.com/prog/spec.asp?m=A960 ... D&langs=11

I'd like to know your opinion about wich should I buy,
regarding every aspects that you know of them (oc, etc..)

Both video cards have the same cost.
Respectfuly,
Elder Abreu

I´d go for the Abit one only for the amount of memory as they are very similar cards

I concure with Fantasma... both are virtually identical cards, but the ABIT has more memory, which can only help performance.
