CSS Spray BOMB

i was playing a bit of Counter Strike Source the other day and i saw that someone had use the spray that is a bomb that flashes red every few seconds, i thought that this was pretty cool. Anyone know where to get it from?

Go on youtube and search "animated css sprays" there are a few tutorial vids showing you how to make your own.
