Which RAM for Sandy

Post by skier »

So I'm starting to plan my next system, which will be an i5 2500k with an unknown board and 2x2GB of the fastest DDR3 I can get (and with sig CPU cooler, GPU and Monitor)

Mushkin Enhanced Blackline 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
Crucial Ballistix 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
CORSAIR XMS 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2000
A-DATA XPG Gaming Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2000

I'm not sure of A-Data's quality aside from using some of their lowest end DDR2 in the past, without further adieu, lets see some votes!

I voted Corsair because I can depend on the brand and its 2000MHz with the tighter timings

(only 4GB kits because 4GB is fine in general for me, and I can always throw in another kit later when I have some spare money)
