Memory Compatibility

Post by Boomerwang »

Thinking about getting some components but I am the kinda guy that does all the homework/research first before buying... so I'm just wondering if you guys know about:

Pairing the MSI K9MM-V motherboard with Super Talent 1GB DDR2 PC6400 (800mhz) memory?

Any insight appreciated, thanks.
- Proposed build for low-end (doom3, fear, battlefield2, etc.) gaming:
MSI K9MM-V microATX
AMD Athlon 64 3800+
2x1GB Super Talent DDR2-800
Silverstone SST-SG01 SFF Case
- Already have:
Western Digital 250GB SATA
Sapphire Radeon X800 GTO
