Hi guys, I decided to deploy my home theater feed to PC, so I use HDMI QAM modulator, it outputs DVB-C and IPTV as well, now I have MPTS RTP stream, if I connect laptop via cord directly - it works with no problem, but when I connect it to PC via Asus router - no signal at all. What Should I do?

try setting your router to allow ALL traffic through - DMZ mode - and see if that works. If not try a different cable or port on the router. if that still doesn't work then I am at a loss.

You paid that much to get your home theater feed to show on your PC? Ouch.
