Re: Which Mainboard MFG?
I've had bad experience with ASUS (false advertisement, crap support), so no more ASUS for me. I'd trust eVGA, Gigabyte and even Foxconn and MSI make good boards.
Re: Which Mainboard MFG?
I have always like Gigabyte. They have always been stable/reliable motherboards. I always said that once they got into overclocking it would be a no brainer. Well they have and now it and ASUS are the only boards I even look at.
Worst motherboard manufacturer - Soyo. I got caught up in the hype with one of their boards and it was a piece of junk. The board died 6 months after I got it and it took them a month and a half to RMA my board back to me. The good thing about Soyo now is they don't make motherboards any longer so no one else has to feel my frustrations with them.

Re: Which Mainboard MFG?
As far as I know ASUS is still the largest of all of these with more than 50 Million MB's a month the closest one of this group is about 15-18 Million as of last December.

Abit and Gigabyte, though I have also been happy with MSI in the past and recently my ASrock budget builds have performed surprisingly well

Actually I take that back I think Foxconn maybe larger that ASUS but if not there bounce back and foruth. But I would use ASUS over any of them hands down.
