asus m3a32 deluxe or msi k9a2 platinum

looking for a crossfire MOBO, narrowed it down to these 2, i know the MSi has problems with the second PCI-e video card covering up some SATA slots, dont know much about the ASUS MOBO, cost isnt a issuse, whats better between the 2 and im using 2 nvidia GTX 260 video cards, phenom 9950 cpu in the setup im building
