I want to buy INTEL motherboard DH57JG m-itx form. This morherboard have one E-PCI slot. Is this slot designed only for graphic cards? Can I plugin a dual ethernet interface?

The PCIe slot on this board should work for any PCIe device, however, depending on how Intel implemented the ROM initialization on this board, it may only initialize when using a graphics card. This is something you would need to check with Intel to clarify. If the ROM initialization of the PCIe on this board is only for graphics cards then installing any other kind of PCIe device could either cause the system to not POST or the system will POST but just not detect any device in the PCIe slot.
The best ways to figure this out would be to give it a try using some device other than a graphics card and seeing what happens or contacting Intel.
