Difference between P4 2.8C and 2.8E

For some of you guys this will sound a little stupid, but im new on this so go easy on me , my question is ,¿ whats the difference between P4 2.8C and 2.8E and which is better?

The difference between these two processors is primarily their architecture. To get an idea of the difference, I would start by looking over these articles we have posted on the Prescott processor.

That will give you a background of the prescott... and particularly if you are interested in overclocking, take a look at the last article shown above because it features a 2.8E processor.

I'll let someone else comment directly on which processor overclocks better... but my guess is that the 2.8E is a better OC'er than the 2.8C.
