PROCESSOR HELP

hey, i have an advent5611 laptop and im thinking of getting a new cpu. Over 1.7Ghz if possible
This is the info from CPU-Z

name - intel celeron T1600 @ 1.66Ghz
codename - Merom
technology - 65nm
specification - Genuine intel (R)
package - socket p (478)
core speed - around 1662.8MHz (it kept changing slightly)
multiplier - x 10.0
bus speed - 166.3MHz
rated FSB - 665.1MHz

I don't know much about processors so any advice would be appreciated.
