HEHEHE, whoever made the cake sure spend a lot of time getting transistor and circuit to look quite alike. Very nice looks like Intel spend quite some money to get it. (or could it be a hologram and it's fake:)...

They have methods of printing a picture onto a cake. I think they can spray edible ink onto the cake's surface. That or they can take the cheaper route and print the picture on a cardboard slip and take place it on top. I highly doubt they would recreate the image by hand. That would be insane.
